Take-Home Examination 2009
The examination paper will be available here at 2pm on Friday 17 July 2009. Hard copies of the examination paper will also be available from the Melbourne Law School Student Centre from 2pm on Friday 17 July 2009. Two hard copies of the completed examination are due for submission to the Law Student Centre by 10am on Tuesday 21 July 2009.

Take-Home Examination - Online Submission to TurnItIn
As part of your submission of the Take-Home Examination you are also required to upload the prose part of your paper (the part produced with a word-processor such as MS Word) to TurnItIn. Do this by following these steps:

  1. Click on this link to access LMS/Blackboard.
    (If prompted enter your username and password)

  2. Click on the "Take-Home Examination 2009" link in the menu on the left side of the page, then click on the "Online TurnItIn Submission for Take-Home Examination" link.

  3. Click on ">> View / Complete"

  4. Click the "Submit" icon.

  5. Complete the upload form by providing a title and clicking the "Browse" button to locate the assignment on your computer. Click "Submit".

  6. Check the preview of the file which is displayed (note: the preview does not display formatting).

  7. If the correct file has been uploaded, click "yes submit". If not, go back and choose the correct file. An email will be immediately sent to you confirming your submission.

    Technical problems? If you can't submit to TurnItIn please email your essay to p.jones@unimelb.edu.au and include your name and a brief description of the error you encountered. The essay will be uploaded to TurnItIn on your behalf.
