The additional cases on implied terms mentioned in Seminar 6 on 12 August were Wong Mee Wan v Kwan Kin Travel Services [1996] 1 WLR 38 and Crossley v Faithful & Gould Holdings Ltd [2004] EWCA Civ 293; [2004] 4 All ER 447. The note on the Belize Telcom case is Kelvin Low and Kelry Loi, 'The Many "Tests" for Terms Implied in Fact: Welcome Clarity' (2009) 125 Law Quarterly Review 561 (forthcoming in October).
