Assessment

Practical exercises (due during semester in accordance with a coordinated assessment schedule) comprising:
- A written memorandum in response to a public law problem, prepared and assessed as a syndicate exercise, 2000 words (20%)
- Oral presentation and justification of the written memorandum, individually assessed (10%)
A 5000 word Take Home examination (70%).

Supplementary Examination
The supplementary examination for PPL will be available online on the PPL subject page or from the Law Student Centre at 9:30am on 23 July 2009. The paper is due by 9:30am on 24 July 2009.
