Dr  Wendy  Larcombe

Dr Wendy Larcombe joined the Law Faculty as a Senior Lecturer in January 2006. In addition to teaching in the LLB and JD, Wendy coordinates language and learning support across the Faculty's teaching programs. She has extensive experience in learning and teaching issues and a particular interest in developing online learning resources such as Postgraduate Essentials, Surviving Seminars, the Legal Academic Writing resources and WorkSkills.

Wendy worked in 2006-7 to establish the Office for Teaching and Learning in Law and is the current Director of Learning.

Wendy's doctoral research in the Law and Literature field was published by the Federation Press in 2005 as Compelling Engagements: Feminism, Rape Law and Romance Fiction. Her current research continues to explore issues of gender and sexuality in law and culture, with a particular interest in the construction of subjectivity in legal narratives of injury and entitlement.
